Holidays in the Village was held on December 6, 2025 at The Oaks in Thousand Oaks. It is a signature community fundraising event benefitting local non profits. Designed as a European-style holiday marketplace and winter festival for a magical family experience. Thank you everyone.
As promised, on December 6, 2025 at The Oaks, Holidays in the Village. A European Marketplace brought the magic and charm of a traditional European winter festival to Southern California. Guests enjoyed a festive village filled with artisan vendors, European holiday treats including Gluhwein, family activities, live entertainment, and a warm, community-centered holiday atmosphere. The event welcomed an estimated 13k+ in attendance.

A European holiday experience without leaving SoCal — inspired by markets in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, and Scandinavia.
Local, handcrafted vendors offering unique gifts, ornaments, décor, and specialty foods.
Authentic European cuisine including Glühwein (mulled wine), bratwurst, pastries, chocolates, and more.
Family-friendly attractions like the Village Train, Kris Kringle’s Village, the Village Bear Scavenger Hunt, and holiday crafts.
Live entertainment: choirs, acoustic performers, cultural groups, holiday bands.
Supports local nonprofits including Harbor House, YMCA, Art Trek, Many Mansions, Manna, and others.
Strong regional draw with a large expected turnout.
