The Rotary Clubs of Westlake Village, in partnership with the City of Westlake Village, have combined efforts to develop what has quickly become a signature event in the greater Conejo Valley. Holidays in the Village – A European Marketplace is a festive, family-friendly event with something for everyone. Last year, more than 8,500 guests experienced the warmth of the holidays while strolling through artisan shops, visiting Kris Kringle Village, and sampling authentic European foods and specialty-crafted beers. Our 2023 event, taking place December 4 in the heart of Westlake Village, is expected to draw over 10,000 visitors. This free event is open to the public, and 100% of the proceeds will benefit numerous local charitable organizations through the Westlake Village Rotary Club Foundation.
In addition to the on-site event we will also be hosting a virtual auction. The online auction will start December 4 and run through December 8. It will be public (but not open for bidding) beginning November 1, giving your business additional exposure for a month prior to the event. Each donation listing will include the name of the donor, and company logo and a link to your business website. This is a great marketing opportunity! Check out the auction page.
We are seeking donations of items including restaurant or store gift cards, tickets to local experiences, and other unique items with a minimum value of $100. To make a donation, please fill out the following information. We will arrange to have your item(s) picked up at your convenience.
