  • SPONSORSHIP STRATEGY MEETING!  Sponsorships is HOT and #1 on our needs list for the next few weeks.  We are dedicating our usual meeting time next week to ask EACH MEMBER to attend for 10 minutes!  Many of you provided lead information that your Sponsorship Team Leads would like to follow up on for you!
    • We'll review the Leads List and ask for insight as to the best way to follow up
    • Additional Leads:  If you have contacts or businesses that we can reach out to, please join and provide us the info
    • Hop on the call for 10 minutes, give us your info and your team will follow up!!

  • Online Auction is READY to receive donations!!  
    • Members!!  Everywhere you go…. ASK for gift certificates to restaurants, spas, hotels, nail salons, fun zones, amusement parks,  vacation homes, jewelry stores, retail clothing….you get the idea!!  Once you snag something, contact Linda Coburn to get your auction donations added to our site.

  • Street Performers & Carolers:  Ditto here!  We’re looking for contacts for performers & singers for our marketplace areas.  Please send info to Chris or Poornima  
  • Volunteers:  We're going to need over 350 volunteers this year!!  If you church, company or friends would like to help, please send contact information to Morgan or Michelle.  Or, they can sign up via our website at Become a Volun-Deer at HITV 2022

COOL UPDATES & ENHANCEMENTS
  • Bigger Better Village Train!  Our new train is AWESOME! No more recharging! Complete with choo-choo smoke, music & lights (check it out below!)
  • Renting Commercial Kitchen:  We're considering renting a commercial kitchen to bake our own custom cookies & other HITV signature goods.  Bakers wanted!! 
  • Porto's Bakery:  Is suppling our French Quarter with chocolate croissants, cheese pastry rolls, almond croissants & ham & cheese croissants
