From Senior Concerns

Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of a very special member of the Senior Concerns family, Dolores Spickelmier.  Dolores was a devoted Meals On Wheels employee for 16 years, and a volunteer with us for 5 years prior to that.  She is seen here in this photo from last week’s Staff Appreciation Party, where she received an award for her years of service.  She passed away the morning of August 26, 2011.  Dolores will be truly missed & our hearts go out to her family.

Dear Members,

Those of you who have delivered Meals on Wheels have met and/or worked with Dolores who was always there when we picked up the food to deliver to our Meals on Wheels Recipients.   She was a very devoted and sweet woman and will be missed.
