Lee Ginsburg led the Flag Salute. Our singing duo of Ron Fulop and Marion Hall-Marshall performed "The Star Spangled Banner". Barbara Chilton sought divine assistance to complete her assignment of delivering the invocation, and let us know how happy she is she found our group. Great start to a busy meeting day!
Birthdays: Margie Price TODAY! Karen Quigley will celebrate her birthday next week in Paris!

- For his efforts as Vocational Service Chairperson, Bob was presented with a special Rotary pin. Thank you, Bob!
- Services for Past District Governor Arnie Dowdy will be held this Saturday at 3 p.m. in Grover Beach. It'll be chilly; dress appropriately!
- For her efforts as Youth Services Chairperson, Barbara Chilton was presented with a special three-insignia Rotary pin. Thank you, Barbara!
- Book Drive: Flyers were on the tables, and members encouraged to clear out their bookshelves for this good cause. Jon Morse will pick up your donations!

- In lieu of assembling and distributing our own baskets this year, we are partnering with Conejo Valley Rotary in their basket program. Financial donations are much needed and appreciated. A sign up folder will be going around in November. Also: Thanksgiving morning you may participate in the delivery of these baskets to local families. What a great way to give thanks for all we have, by sharing with others.
