Before our meeting today began, Dave donated $200.00 to our Club to thank us for the good works that Rotary does in the community.

As part of the presentation, Dave shared advice on how to prevent some common back problems. He showed 3 exercises that people could do which included:

  • how to get up from a chair
  • relief from sitting at the computer, and
  • getting out of bed in the morning.

He offered a sweet deal: Come to his office for a free consultation, as long as you make a $35 donation to the Rotary Foundation.

Gary was about to get on a plane for England.  And he threw out his back.  Dr. got Gary into his office and Gary was better and could go on his trip.  Gary has seen Dr. B. ever since.
