    smiley  The next Club Service meeting is on Monday, June 11 at 12:00 pm at Dapper's office; 4505 Las Virgenes Road, Suite 108.  All Club members are welcome. 
    smiley  The Club is dark on Wednesday.  The Westlake Boat cruise is that evening at 5:00 pm.  Contact Dapper if you have not signed up. 
    smiley  If you have not already signed up for a job at Oakheart, please contact Bryan ASAP.  All hands are needed.  Oak Heart is 6/2/18.  Kyle reported that all is going well and they hope to sell 8000 tickets. 
    smiley Sign up for our Summer Social - an evening featuring a Musical Journey with the Beatles; July 13, 2018; 5:30-10:00 pm at the Ronald Reagan Library.  The evening will begin with appetizers, followed by a gourmet buffet dinner and exquisite desserts.  You will also be able to tour the museum, Air Force One and the Genghis Kahn Exhibit.  The all-inclusive price is $80.95 per person.  Reserved tables are available for parties of 10 or more.  Please RSVP to Karen by 6/6. 
   smiley Cristina reports that Meals on Wheels is going well, and all shifts are covered through July. 
   smiley Kimmy presented a $5000 check from Community West Bank to the Club, for sponsorship of OakHeart.  Thank you Kimmy and Community West Bank!
     smiley There was a great article in the May 16 edition of the Ventura County Star about Golden Heart Ranch.  I can't get the link to work but you can look it up on line  at www.vcstar.com
     smiley The Club enjoyed a beautiful afternoon at the new Westlake Village Community Park and YMCA last Wednesday.  Patrick gave tours of the YMCA building, and spoke about the Y's upcoming fundraising campaign and Audrey described how the park was constructed and what amenities were available for the public.  Thanks to Harvey for organizing this fun outing.

Today's was Past President's Day.  Brad Ormsby  went through the list of past presidents and introduced the presidents in attendance.
1971-1972 Fred Raio (deceased)
1972-1973 Greg Nesen went to Winnipeg and was proud to bring back the banner we use.  His goal during his tenure was to double the membership and he exceeded his goal. He was demoted 44 years ago.
1973-1974 Leonard Alexander was not in attendance but has been seen around town

1977-1978 Homer Caston is living Michigan part of the year.

1980-1981 John Kohlbrand took office the year Ronald Regan did. He started Las Vegas Nights to raise money. His convention was the 75th Anniversay of Rotary in Chicago. 1981-1982 Richard Young is stuck in Palm Desert but sends his regards.
1982-1983 Gene Landis was in attendance but is still local.

1993-1994 Gib Poiry recently had shoulder surgery and was not in attendance.
1994-1995 Mike DeLeeuw is living in Texas now.
1995-1996 Joe Paulucci said his wife would say we should go to the Thousand Oaks club to learn to sing God Bless America better. He brought 2 pictures of the first and second Street Fairs. He also said that our Street Fair this year was phenomenal!
1996-1997 Karen Jordan(Quigley) was the 1st woman President.  Her convention was in Calgary. She attended the 25th Anniversary of Women in Rotary at the Hyatt during her year as President.
1997-1998 Bill Notthoffʼs convention was in Glasgow. His wifeʼs family is from there in the 1600ʼs. The opening ceremony was 5 hours. He started the Homer Dickerson Youth Conference.
1998-1999 Dave Watson enjoyed watching the blank street before the Street Fair and everything converging and at 7:30 at night it would all be gone and street sweeper would be coming down the street.
1999-2000 Elaine Marchessault not in attendance but is local
2000-2001 Brad Ormsby went to Buenos Aires for his convention. Highlight was when the International President visited our meeting.
2001-2002 Bing Han (deceased)
2002-2003 Terry Oberman (deceased)
2003-2004 Andy Lupanowʼs Convention was in Australia . His daughter attending the meeting today was in first grade. He praised the people who helped him when he was president. The membership was 76 under his leadership.
2004-2005 Peyton Glover was not in attendance but is still local.
2005-2006 Edward Pope had planned to attend but something came up with work.
2006-2007 Cheri Blessing was the second female President. At the time there were 7 clubs and they all worked closely together. Went to each otherʼs parties and big events even Demotion Parties.
2007-2008 Mark Jaffe lives in Oregon now
2008-2009 Gloria Rocca is still local but not in attendance.
2009-2010 Bob Phillipsʼ convention was in Birmingham, England. Is is proud the club won every service award that year.

2013-2014 Jeanne Archer believes in transparency, efficiency and austerity.
2014-2015 Ray Taylorʼs convention was in Australia and he started doing things more by committee during his tenure.
2015-2016 Dapper Spar saved the Club money by not going to the convention
2016-2017 Steve Kerrigan went to Korea for his convention and OakHeart picked up steam during his tenure
2017-2018 Lee Ginsburg, who is on a "working" cruise.
