Yay! June is finally here.  

Vocational Service Chairperson Bob Marshall started off our meeting with the Flag salute.  Next, Sgt. at Arms Marion Hall-Marshall led the group in singing God Bless America. And PP Bob Phillips delivered a special invocation, expressing gratitude for club service and our club members.  Great way to start!

First up: PP Brad Ormsby received a special new pin from RI for bringing in a new member to our club (Ed Rohn)   (Yes, that was many months ago; RI might be busy eradicating polio, and they're slow to recognize the sponsors sometimes.)

Fun & Games: winning checks were distributed for the "Heat vs Pacers" game.  We are approaching the end of this year's Fun and Games series.  Watch for the sign-up for next year's games, which will be going around in July.  We typically play 24 games a year, at $5 a square.  It's FUN!  Especially when you win.  But you won't win if you don't play.

Steve Kerrigan and Jack Dwyer updated us on ticket sales, volunteer meetings, volunteer training dates remaining, and answered lots of other questions too.  Ticket sales are at 2200+ as of today.  If you still haven't bought tickets, you can buy them online at oakheartcmf.com, or if you don't have computer access, call Steve Kerrigan, and he'll help get you your tickets.
