Major Donor Recognition
PP Edwin Velarde and Ed Pope recognized Bruce House for becoming the latest member of the club to receive “Level 1 Major Donor” status.  Bruce has donated over $10,000 to the Rotary Foundation.  Thank you and congratulations Bruce.

Blood Drive
Linda LeVine wants your blood.  Unless, of course, you are a druggie.  In all seriousness, Linda has arranged for a blood mobile to be at North Ranch Country Club on Wednesday, May 13 between 10 am and 2 pm.  Linda was inspired by a young child in her daughter’s class who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia.  Thank you to Linda for setting this up.  Let’s all try and support Linda by “giving her your blood.”

Street Festival
We are approximately 3 week’s away from the big day.  Planning is going great.  Karen Quigley will be contacting you shortly with your work assignments.  Unfortunately the beer booth is taken.  A special thank you goes out to Bob and Marion Marshall for coordinating the Rotary Info Booth.  I’ll make sure to bring you a pint or two!
