Load-In: anytime starting at 1pm, no later than 2pm.
You may set up and come back closer to the start of the event if needed.
There will be free on-site parking in the parking lot next to City Hall.

Parking:
Oak Crest will be closed, so you will need to enter on Park Terrace Drive.

Event time 3pm-6pm – Do not pack up/leave before 6pm unless approved by me (Kaitlyn) ONLY
The carnival portion of the event goes until 8pm, so feel free to stay and enjoy the event!
- Items we provide: Tent, tables, chairs – please let me know if need more than one (1) table and two (2) chairs.

Items for you to bring: Tablecloth, activities and/or giveaway items.
Please do not bring anything that is food or beverage related, as a LA County Health Permit would be required.
Candy is OK
The City will have a water refill station near the dance floor area, so bring your reusable water bottles!
