Sri Madhusudhan Sai Institute of Medical Science & Research (SMSIMSR) is in Chikkabalapura District, Karnataka state, INDIA offers all kinds of medical facilities free of charge to the local population and the residents of Neighboring villages. The hospital required a Mobile Blood Collection Vehicle to provide necessary services to the needy.

The Rotary Club of Bangalore South and the Rotary Club of Westlake Village submitted a grant for 69,156 US dollars. The foundation approved this project. Two thousand four hundred ninety-nine people will benefit from this project. The Rotary Club of Bangalore South (3190) Contributed $22,000 by Endowed directed gift. The Rotary Club of Westlake Village contributed $525. A District Designated Gift from District 3190 matched this amount.

The Blood Mobile will be in service starting the second week of February 2024.
