Can it already be June? So where are all those bulletins from May? Time to get caught up:

Last Mini-Meeting of 2013/2014: May 21, 2014: Updates on OakHeart CMF: over 1600 tickets sold as of today (May 21). That's far ahead of this time last year. Great work Steve and Brian!

Thank you letters from Day of Giving and RYLA participants. We've received so many nice cards and letters this month. Thanks to all of you, for supporting our fundraising events, and enabling our club to give back to the community.

May 28: Secretary Dolores Randell led the flag salute, followed by PP Brad Ormsby with the song, and PP Gary Dickey delivered the invocation. Best part of today's meeting so far? PP Bill Notthoff was at the podium as acting President.

DG Stepdown and Club Awards Luncheon: June 28. See attached story for registration info and link.
District Conference is October 3-5 in Monterey. On-line Registration opens July 1. The hotel rates will be extended for up to three days in advance of the conference, and for three days afterward, to spend some time in this lovely city.

Brian gets his Blue Badge: Bill had the honor of presenting Brian Hynes with his blue badge. This could be a record for quickest transition from red to blue badges. Who knows the history of the club? Chime in with your comments.
